Smart India Hackathon · SIH-145 · CompletedPassive, AI-assisted network threat detection for unidirectional IP traffic — detects 12 threat classes without ever sending a packet back.
Pipeline scaffold was pre-made. Ingest → Flow Engine → Feature Engine → ML → Alert → Dashboard was decided up front, so development started at feature level, not architecture level.
Docs were generated, not written. README, COMMANDS, and a presentation page explained architecture, key files, and a 30-second pitch — ready for the viva.
A fail-safe demo existed. The offline demo ran the entire pipeline with zero network — the presentation survived even if the server failed live.
Remaining time went to rehearsal. With the build compressed, the team could practise the walkthrough — the part the judges actually score.
